Current professional role is as an Employment Specialist in the TN Employment & Community First CHOICES program. Tina is responsible for providing guidance on employment services in the ECF CHOICES program to Support Coordinators and to Community Service Providers. Collaborate with Amerigroup’s Provider Experience team and Quality management to ensure processes meet compliance standards as they relate to federal, state and health plan requirements. Additional background includes a record of experience in providing expertise on employment opportunities for people with disabilities. Achievement in the development of corporate employment initiatives, establishing relationships with business leaders and job seekers with disabilities.
