Jeremy Norden-Paul is the director of the Division of Program Innovation for the Tennessee Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (DIDD). His team is responsible for creating innovative pathways to advance DIDD's mission, with the ultimate goal of incorporating effective new programs and practices into the long-term services and supports system.
Jeremy previously worked for DIDD as the state director of employment and day services, and most recently served as executive director of the Washington State Developmental Disabilities Council, a trusted resource for policy makers and advocates on a wide array of legislative and public policy areas including housing, transportation, caregiving, civil rights, education, employment and day services, healthcare, and systems accessibility. Jeremy also has experience as an elementary special education teacher, job coach, and job developer. He is passionate about helping people navigate the service system and figuring out ways to make the system work better for people.
