The Arc of Indiana
Andy Kirby is COO at The Arc of Indiana and the Executive Director of The Arc of Indiana Foundation. This role allows him hands on leadership and administrative responsibilities of EGTI, which is utilized by the Foundation to provide post-secondary vocational skills training to people with disabilities. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an M.B.A. from Indiana Wesleyan University and has worked in the developmental disabilities industry for 18 years.
