Jason Harris is an Autistic person who started a non-profit social media page Jason's Connection around disability identity and culture. It has over 200,000 community members. Mr. Harris has a Master's in Cultural Foundations of Education and Disability Studies from Syracuse University. In 2017 he did an internship through AAPD at NDRN. He worked after graduate school at the Burton Blatt Institute at Syracuse University on Supported Decision Making and other advocacy issues for a year and a half before becoming Director of Strategic Operations at a Service Agency where he directs issues around advocacy and culture around disability. Mr. Harris has done numerous talks, presentations, and writings on topics pertaining to disability.
