Claire Manning is the Senior Director of Advocacy and Mobilization at The Arc of the United States. She has over 15 years’ experience in advocacy campaigns, storytelling, and voter and candidate outreach. Prior to joining The Arc, Claire served in several roles at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, including Health Center Advocacy program manager, where she worked with state and local affiliates to empower patients through grassroots engagement.
