The Arc of Aurora
Hanni Raley is a Colorado native and holds a BS in Behavioral Sciences from Metropolitan State University. Committing her life to work in the Non-Profit Sector, she has focused the entirety of her career on Intellectual & Developmental Disability supports. While Hanni has held multiple roles at The Arc of Aurora over the last ten years, as the Executive Director, she supports a team of Advocates and THINK+change, a social enterprise focused on behavior change through learning and education. Helping people to get what they need, progressive legislative policy, system change, and working towards lessening disproportionate system impacts on people with disabilities - motivate and excite her. Her focus and foundation remain that all people have the right to equitable access to happiness, community living, and expression of their civil rights. Beyond her career and passion, Hanni has two young children and lives in Westminster with her dog and husband.
