Session Description: The Arc’s Annual Business Meeting is where chapter leaders convene to conduct official business, discuss the future direction of The Arc, and share their views about the issues and concerns of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. At this year’s meeting, chapter leaders will consider adoption of one new and three revised position statements, as recommended for approval by The Arc’s Board of Directors. We will also be electing new Officers and Directors to The Arc’s national Board of Directors. In addition, the Policy and Positions Committee will hold a listening session and invite input into the revision of The Arc’s Public Policy Agenda.
