Session Description: Providers often have a difficult time being both person-centered and data driven. This session will discuss the importance of being person-centered and the value it gives organizations in terms of transparency and changing perceptions, with examples and stories. The session will then show how data-driven decisions can be incorporated into the lives of people supported, and the agency, while remaining person-centered in practice.
