Session Description: Join The Arc's Senior Director of Public Policy and the leaders of two state chapters to discuss major issues related to home and community-based services (HCBS) and health care expected in 2023, including the ways that states are using money from the American Rescue Plan and the upcoming end to the COVID-19 public health emergency.
