Session Description: Learn about the Employment and Community First CHOICES (ECF) program in Tennessee, as well as some of the innovative employment initiatives that are being utilized to increase employment outcomes for individuals with IDD. Amerigroup is working on several initiatives that involve the utilization of virtual reality technology, peer to peer supports, and a direct support professional training academy that will lead to more inclusion of people with IDD in the workforce.
