Session Description: This interactive training program will provide organizational leaders the opportunity to engage with a set of best practices for nonprofit management and governance as outlined in “Standards for Excellence: An Ethics and Accountability Code for the Nonprofit Sector.” Strategies for implementing these best practices within your organization will also be shared.
