Description: This session will summarize the 2021 – 2022 U.S. Supreme Court decisions that impact people with IDD and their families. Relevant cases for the next term will also be previewed.

Educate attendees about relevant U.S. Supreme Court decisions impacting people with IDD and their families from the 2021-2022 term.
Educate attendees about relevant cases coming before the U.S. Supreme Court impacting people with IDD and their families in the 2022-2023 term.
Educate attendees about The Arc's advocacy resulting from various decisions and how they can get involved in this advocacy.
