Civitan International is a group of service clubs worldwide that support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With over 22,000 members in around 25 countries, Civitan furthers its mission through building accessible and inclusive communities, encouraging education and employment, strengthening family and community support, and boosting health and wellness for those with I/DD. In addition, philanthropic efforts of Civitans benefit the Civitan International Research Center where new therapies and studies are happening for those affected by autism, Down Syndrome, and more.
