Children’s Healthcare Canada is pleased to host an invitational workshop led by Jennifer Riel designed for executive leadership dyads (executive administrative and medical leaders) to elevate their leadership capacity and enhance their strategic impact. This highly interactive, two-hour workshop will focus on optimizing leadership relationships to:

- Create energy and alignment towards shared goals;
- Establish clear linkages between shared leadership, strategy and culture
- Identify opportunities to enable individual and dyad success; and
- Develop a shared approach to problem solving.
