Bijan Abar earned his BS in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University in 2016. He is now a 7thth year MD PhD student at Duke University in the department of mechanical engineering. His research interest 3D printing, biomechanics, critically sized defects and sarcoma excision surgery. He currently works on translational science research with Dr. Ken Gall and Dr. Samuel Adams, and work on clinical research with Dr. Julia Visgauss.
