Vivian Y. Chang, MD, MS, is a pediatric hematologist-oncologist in the Division of Pediatric Hematology-Oncology at University of California, Los Angeles. She is also a member of the UCLA Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center, the Precision Health Institute, and the Broad
Stem Cell Center at UCLA. Dr. Chang is a physician scientist who specializes in taking care of patients who have, or are suspected to have, an underlying genetic condition that increases their risk of developing cancer. In 2012, she established one of the first multi-disciplinary clinics for cancer susceptibility where she takes care of families with genetic risk to cancer, provides personalized cancer risk
assessments, and develops cancer screening plans.
