Adam Waspe obtained a Ph.D degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Western Ontario and Robarts Research Institute in London, ON, Canada in 2009. From 2009 to 2011, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Focused Ultrasound Laboratory at Sunnybrook Research Institute, Toronto, ON, Canada. Concurrently, he was also a product engineer with a Sunnybrook start-up company, FUS Instruments. In 2011, he joined the Centre for Image Guided Innovation and Therapeutic Intervention at the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, ON, Canada as a staff researcher. In 2015 he was appointed as an Assistant Professor (status only) in the Department of Medical Imaging at the University of Toronto, Toronto, ON, Canada. In 2017, he was appointed as a Project Investigator at the SickKids Research Institute.
