My name is Charles. I am a clinical research fellow working alongside Dr. Alan Blank and the musculoskeletal oncology team at Rush Univeristy Medical Center. I have pursued this year-long opportunity in between my third and fourth years of medical school, and ultimately I hope to match into residency within orthopedic surgery. I have a strong interest in muscuoskeletal tumors, and my areas of research lie in benign and malignant tumor resection and reconstruction, soft tissue sarcomas, and population-based analyses.
