Dr. Kreimer is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Hematology-Oncology at Stanford University. Dr. Kreimer received her MD from the University of Southern California where she was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) honor society. She completed her pediatric residency at Los Angeles County USC Medical Center (LAC-USC) and served as a Chief Resident. She completed her hematology-oncology fellowship at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital, Stanford. As faculty, Dr. Kreimer’s clinical practice focuses on patients with vascular anomalies and solid tumors with a particular interest in sarcomas. She is a member of the Children’s Oncology Group (COG) soft tissue sarcoma committee and has a Stanford funded grant to investigate the clinicopathologic features of CIC-rearranged sarcomas. She continues to cultivate her skills in medical education as a recent graduate of the American Society of Hematology (ASH) Medical Educator’s Institute (MEI) and as a member of the ASH medical education subcommittee. She also enjoys her roles in medical education including serving as a coach in the Stanford pediatric residency program and as the co-director of the ‘Foundations of Pathology and Cancer Biology’ course and clinical cancer thread lead throughout the 2 year didactic component of the curriculum in the Stanford medical school.
