Associate Professor of Pediatrics, Medical Director - Solid Tumor & Precision Genomics Programs
Indiana University; Riley Hospital for Children
I am an Associate Professor of Pediatrics and my research is focused on identifying novel molecular agents or unique drug combinations to treat rare, relapsed, and refractory pediatric cancers with a special focus on sarcomas. As the Medical Director for both the Pediatric Cancer Precision Genomics and Solid Tumor program here at Riley Hospital for Children IU Health, I work to understand and apply clinical genomics, proteomics, and transcriptome data along with pharmacogenomics to develop more effective treatment regimens for refractory sarcomas and tumors with certain genetic predisposition syndromes including neurofibromatosis type I (NF1) and pleuropulmonary blastoma (DICER1 syndrome).
