Dr. Andrew Bishop is an Associate Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center (MDACC). Before appointment as faculty, he completed his training at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York, NY) and MD Anderson Cancer Center (Houston, TX). He has an appointment in Sarcoma & Melanoma section. His clinical expertise relates to the treatment of sarcomas, secondary central nervous system tumors, and skin cancers using standard and specialized treatment modalities. His research interests include improving outcomes related to sarcomas and melanoma, the role and delivery of stereotactic radiation, and the adolescent and young adult (AYA) patient population.
