Research Assistant/Undergraduate Researcher
BC Children's Hospital Research Institute, Canada
My name is Sebastian Kondratowski, and I am a senior undergraduate student studying biology at the University of British Columbia. Currently, I conduct undergraduate research on bone sarcomas at the BC Children’s Hospital Research Institute. Recently, I had the pleasure to present my work on post-translational histone modifications in osteosarcoma and Ewing sarcoma as a published abstract. I am currently expanding this research to explore similar epigenetic modifications in cases of metastatic or recurrent osteosarcoma using the same cohort as my previous research project. I have a strong interest in bone sarcomas, and hope to continue investigating their molecular underpinnings as they relate to clinical outcomes.
