Johanna Crocetto, DSW, LCSW is a private practice clinician, serving caregivers and families impacted by trauma, with a specialization of working with non-offending caregivers who children have a history of sexual abuse. The practice also provides clinical supervision to practicing clinicians, as well as consultation, professional trainings and expert testimony in understanding the dynamics of child trauma, the impact trauma has on victims and their families, and methods of trauma-informed care. Dr. Crocetto earned her Doctorate of Social Work (DSW) at the University of Pennsylvania, her Master's of Social Work (MSW) from Smith College, and her M.S. in Psychology from Bucknell University. Prior to private practice, she was an Assistant Professor of Social Work and Field Coordinator at Cabrini University, where she taught a wide range of courses in the areas of Social Work Practice and Field Education and served as the coordinator of the educational field component of Cabrini's BSW program. Dr. Crocetto's scholarly interests include trauma and its impact on families, the application of trauma-informed care in educational and practice settings, and the role of self-reflection in social work practice.
