Neomi Vin-Raviv is an Assistant Professor in the School of Social Work at Colorado State University (CSU). She earned her MPH and PhD in Epidemiology from the University of Haifa in Israel, and completed her post-doctorate training in Cancer Epidemiology and Prevention at the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in March 2014. Her primary research expertise is in cancer epidemiology; early life exposures; mental health epidemiology; psychological outcomes and health disparity in cancer population. She have experiences in teaching undergraduate and graduate research courses within the social work program and mentoring MSW students. Since, 2016 she serve as the chair the Outcomes Committee in her department. A substantial area of her service to her department has been leading the re-design of learning outcomes for students in the department. She led a comprehensive effort to enhance, update, and innovate to various assessments of outcome data collections. Neomi Vin-Raviv published in highly regarded public health journals (including 29 papers to date, book-chapter, several papers in preparation and ongoing collaborations on research projects).
