Zohra Asad is a Ph.D. Student at Indiana University School of Social Work. Before joining the Ph.D. program, Zohra taught at a university in Pakistan. She has worked with Save the Children, Catholic Relief Services(CRS), the American Refugees Commission(ARC), and different local organizations in Pakistan. She holds a MA (Gold Medalist & Presidential Award Holder), and Mphil in Social Work. Her areas of interest are Child Abuse, Social entrepreneurship, Psychosocial counseling, Mother and Child Health, the Elevation of poverty in developing countries, and social work education to create lasting change in the lives of people in need.
