Andrea Stallworth Imafidon, LCSW (Inactive), is the Director of Field Education in the Social Work Department at Tuskegee University. She is also an international speaker focusing on self-care, technology education, and anti-racism in social work field education. Andrea has over 16 years of Clinical Social Work, Non-Profit and Social Services leadership, Youth Development, and Academia experience. Andrea is a content creator and Co-Founder of The Careerist Project, a group and individual coaching program that focuses on developing healthy, happy individuals through personal career and professional development. In addition, she is the Creator of Brown Girl from Boston, a personal and professional blog.
Andrea is the author of three books, “Manifesting Your Greatness,” a goal-setting book to help others to become goal-getters, “Turning Your Passion Into A Paycheck: How to Monetize Your Passion, Strengths, and Gifts,” which is a guide to starting your startup and Self-Care For Brown Girls, a healthy and holistic guide for Black and Brown women to authentically and unapologetically take care of themselves.
She earned an MSW in Social Work from The University of Southern Mississippi in 2009 and a BSW in Social Work from Tuskegee University in 2006.
