Dr. Ticola Ross is a Clinical Assistant Professor and Field Education Director in the School of Social Work at UNC Charlotte. Dr. Ross is also a LCSW, Certified Financial Social Worker, and Certified Clinical Supervisor. In social work field education, she focus on the use of peer supervision and interprofessional simulation to enhance student learning. She’s also the current chair of the Field Education Committee and School Advisory Board and also serves on other unit, college, ad university level committees. Dr. Ross is also a proud member of NASW, CSWE, and Black Therapist Rock.
