Dr. Campbell received her PhD from the University of Missouri, she currently serves as the BSW Program Director and
Associate Professor of Social Work at Fayetteville State University. Her current research explores the significance and functionality of factors such as race, ethnicity, gender, andsocioeconomic status to better understand racial and health disparities. Much of Dr.Campbell’s research explores the importance of utilizing Critical Race Theory, as a theoretical framework and interpretive model that promotes a space placing race in the center of analysis within education and practice.
