Conial Caldwell, Jr. is a PhD candidate at Louisiana State University’s School of Social Work. Conial earned a Bachelor of Social Work, as well as Master of Public Administration from Florida A&M University. He also obtained a Master of Social Work from the University of South Florida. Conial currently serves as the Coordinator of Student Conduct at Southern University and A&M College, where he implemented restorative justice into the University’s conduct procedures. Conial’s research interests include Black family dynamics, fatherhood, and community-based participatory research.
