Erin Findley is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with eight years of experience working in the Texas child welfare system. Ms. Findley spent over five of those years advocating for children in foster care and supervising CASA volunteers with CASA of Travis County in Austin, Texas. More recently, she spent over two years recruiting and training foster parents with Presbyterian Children's Homes and Services in Dallas, Texas. Ms. Findley earned her BSW from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor (2007) and a MSW from the University of Texas at Austin (2009). Her primary research interests are oriented around understanding and improving the foster care system that serves Texas children. Other research interests include children and families, social work practice, and reducing disparities.
