My name is Cecilia Guerrero and I am a Bachelor in Social Work student at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. This will be my second year serving as the student treasurer for the Worden Social Work Organization. I am set to obtain my Bachelor's degree in Spring 2022, and hope to continue my education at Our Lady of the Lake to earn a Masters in Social Work. I am a first generation college student from Eagle Pass, Texas. The population I am most eager to work with in my practice is justice and corrections as well as mental health and clinical social work. In ten years, I hope to own my practice and expand my knowledge and resources to vulnerable communities across the United States. My first goal would be to give back to the communites where I grew up in, Eagle Pass and San Antonio, Texas.
