Angela has over 30 years of experience in progressively responsible executive leadership roles, including private, non-profit, state, and local government. In addition, she has 20 years of university teaching and training experience – both in the classroom and synchronous and asynchronous modalities in BSW, MSW, and DSW programs. Attention to cultivating resilience with both students and the workforce is core to both her practice and research agenda. Angela has subject matter and national expertise in health and human services leadership, organizational effectiveness, diversity, equity & inclusion, change agility & implementation, resource capacity building, fiscal and performance oversight, organizational culture and climate effectiveness, and workforce retention.
