Kim Crane Mallory, LAPSW, is the Director of Field Education and an Associate Professor of at the University of Tennessee College of Social Work, supporting Field Coordinators and students in an online and face to face BSSW and MSSW program. She began her role as a Field Coordinator in 2013 and became the Director of Field in July 2021. Ms. Mallory attained her MSSW at the University of Tennessee, where she received the Citation for Extraordinary Professional Promise. She serves on the state of Tennessee Social Work Licensure Board. Prior to her work with UTK, Ms. Mallory’s work focused on the implementation of collaborative, evidence-based programming and data driven decision making for systems improvement, particularly in the child welfare system.
