Meg Panichelli's teaching and research are grounded in feminist approaches to social work, namely those that incorporate anti-carceral, queer, and intersectional frameworks of power, privilege, and oppression. More specifically, she is interested in abolition focused social work and studying and dismantling the ways social workers participate criminalization of already vulnerable communities.
