Noelle L. Fields, Ph.D., LCSW is an Associate Professor and the Roy E. Dulak Professor for Community Practice Research in the School of Social Work at the University of Texas at Arlington. She is a gerontology health researcher with a focus on family caregiving and home- and community-based services for older adults. Dr. Fields has been the PI and Co-PI on several funded projects with the National Institute for Transportation and Communities (NITC) related to transportation equity and mobility among older adults and other environmental justice populations. Currently, she is a MPI on a funded project from the National Institutes of Health related to a lay provider intervention for dementia family caregivers and Co-PI on a funded project from the RRF in Aging related to digital intergenerational connections. Her teaching interests are in family caregiving and aging, direct practice in aging, and lifespan development.
