Student Worker, Field Office Team

Hannah Puckett is a member of the Field Office Team. She is a BSW student completing her generalist practicum within the social work department and field office. She is primarily responsible for helping the field office actualize its commitment to inclusivity and accessibility. She analyzes field office processes and helps to implement processes to ensure accessibility and inclusivity. She is the NASW representative for the Student Social Work Association at SIUE and the Illinois NASW representative for SIUE. She has also volunteered for ALIVE and Butterfly Dreams Alliance, local intimate partner violence agencies. Because of her attention to accessibility in the Field Office, she was nominated for the Messenger of Inclusion award by the ACCESS office at SIUE. She is hoping to acquire her MSW with a concentration in macro social work where she will apply her knowledge of inclusivity to the assessment and implementation of policies.
