Dr. Greenfield is an Assistant Professor at the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work. Dr. Greenfield teaches a variety of social policy courses in the MSW and PhD programs, including Health Policy, Aging Policy, and Social Policy Analysis, Advocacy and Practice. Her research is focused on understanding the intersections of health and wealth disparities among family caregivers across the life course. Recent work has especially focused on the economic and health impacts of paid family leave and increases in the minimum wage, especially for low- and middle-income caregivers across the life course.
