Jennifer Mitchell, PhD is Vice President, Clinical Strategy and Innovation of The Children’s Center Utah and oversees all programmatic services and expansion initiatives. Her current priorities are supporting interdisciplinary professionals working with young children and families, expansion of Utah’s first Infant-Toddler Court Program, and building a statewide IECMH consultation and training system. Dr. Mitchell is a board member and Past President of the Utah Association for Infant Mental Health and a board member of the Utah Psychological Association. She serves as Co-Chair for Early Childhood Utah’s Advisory Council, and participates in numerous other boards and councils focused on supporting young children. Dr. Mitchell is privileged to be a member of ZERO TO THREE 2020-2022 Fellows and honored to work collaboratively with others who share a passion for early childhood.
