• Determine how and where you can use affinity groups in your teaching
• Identify sections of the CSWE EPAS and the NASW Code of Ethics to see how using affinity groups can help students advance in their understanding and skill development when it comes to racism and other issues
• Identify and describe opportunities and ways to structure in/formal team teaching to enhance student learning by combining knowledge and resources of multiple instructors – while preserving instructor independence
