Upon completion, the participant will be able to define the term "permanency" and its use in the Child Welfare System.
Upon completion, the participant will be able to describe permanency outcomes nationally for youth in foster care to gain a better understanding of successes and gaps in the system.
Upon completion, the participant will be able to describe two ways in which the Child Welfare System can address permanency outcomes in a way that provides health relationship building for young adults.
