Dr. Melonie Nance, serves as a the Vice Chair of Education for the Department of Otolaryngology and Liason to Dean for Diversity Equity and Inclusion in Surgical Specialities at University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Additionally she servies as the Section Chief of Otolaryngology for the Veteran's Affairs Pittsburgh Health System. Since completing her H&N fellowship at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, Melonie has been committed to student and resident education and mentorship. She has worked with curriculum reform and representation and inclusion at the student, resident and faculty level. Within AHNS she Cofounded the Mentorship program which is now in its second year. She serves at Vice Chair of AHNS HIstory Service.
