Dr. Katherine Blackwell is the director of the Primary Mental Health Clinic at the VA in Newington, CT. This clinic provides both care management based and co-located short-term, problem focused care to the primary care clinic. She completed training at Yale University and Insitute of Living and involved in training both psychiatry residents, CL fellows, and psychology trainees.
