I am currently retired and Emerita in Psychiatry at University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine. I am board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, and General Psychiatry, Child-Adolescent Psychiatry, and Psychosomatic Medicine. I was head of the Psychiatry Division at CHLA until my retirement. I joined the Academy of Psychosomatic Medicine (APM), now the Academy of Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry (ACLP) in 2001, and served as the first chair of the Pediatric Special Interest Group.
