Her passion for motivating organizational change has translated into the clinical environment where she participated on the OHSU House Officers Quality & Safety Committee. She led multiple improvement projects including expanding curriculum opportunities for residents with the creation of a novel group psychotherapy clinic for Long COVID patients, incorporating exploration of the effects of racism and discrimination on patient health at an outpatient resident clinic, and improving acute peripartum psychiatric care in her role as chief resident at Unity Behavioral Health. In addition to healthcare system improvement, her interests lie in treating patients with history of trauma and those suffering from chronic and life-limiting illness.
