Dr. Bowllan has over 40 years experience in psychiatric nursing with a focus on child and adolescent mental health needs in inpatient, outpatient and community-based settings. In addition to being an Associate Professor in the School of Nursing at St. John Fisher College, a certified trainer for the Crisis Prevention Institute and the Olweus Bullying Prevention Program, Dr. Bowllan is currently a Nurse Educator and Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Rochester Medical Center.
