Dr. Hadley completed residency at UC San Diego. She ran the CL service at UCSD Medical Center for many years before becoming the director of hospitla based services at UCSD. She moved to Portland, Oregon to help open a new psychiatric partnership hospital in 2016. She is currently the medical director of the Psychiatric Emergency Service at Unity Center for Behavioral Health in Portland Oregon. Her research interests are in quality improvement in the delivery of psychiatric emergency care and in liaison with emergency medical services and law enforcement. She is currently to co-chair of the Emergency Psychiatry SIG with ACLP.
