Dr. LeMalefant is currently in her second year of training in the University of Maryland/Sheppard Pratt Psychiatry Residency program. Originally from Downingtown, Pennsylvania, she completed her bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of South Carolina in 2016, then completed her medical degree at Drexel University College of Medicine in 2020. She has specific interests in consult-liaison psychiatry, addiction psychiatry, and ethics in mental health care.
