Dr. Ali is a clinical psychiatrist with training in consultation-liaison psychiatry. He completed his residency at Richmond University Medical Center on Staten Island and fellowship training at Stony Brook University Hospital on Long Island. Dr. Ali has specific interests in delirium and geriatric psychiatry on the medical wards. As an Attending psychiatrist in the consultation-liaison department at North Well Health’s South Shore University Hospital, he is involved in supervision and clinical education of students, and newly graduated providers. Dr. Ali has also recently been appointed Chief of Consultation Liaison Psychiatry at South Shore University Hospital.
