Dr. Milano graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine before completing her residency in pediatrics at the Children's Regional Hospital of Cooper University Healthcare. She continues to practice at this institution, where she serves as the medical director of Pediatric Hospital Medicine. She is also core faculty of the Pediatric residency program and an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the Cooper Medical School of Rowan University. Dr. Milano has particular interests in the practice and teaching of patient- and family-centered rounding, integrated multidisciplinary care, and bedside medical education. Her interests also include quality improvement and patient safety, and she serves as co-chair of the Pediatric Performance Improvement Committee at Cooper.
