Dr. Manning is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Child and Family Mental Health and Community Psychiatry at Duke University School of Medicine and the Medical Director of the Pediatric Psychiatry Consultation and Liaison service at Duke Children’s Hospital. Dr. Manning’s research interests include evaluating the impact of peer mentorship for adolescents and young adults living with chronic conditions. Dr. Manning also has an interest in medical education especially improving behavioral health education for pediatric trainees and primary care providers. She is involved in integrated care initiatives in the Duke Childrens Cystic Fibrosis clinic as well as the Duke Cancer Institute.
